At LumaVibes™, we are committed to providing high quality products with the service you deserve. All of our products come with a 30-day free replacement warranty from the date of purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will be sure to resolve any issues. If you received the wrong item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to send you the correct product or refund you the full amount of your purchase.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at info@lumavibes.shop. We will replace or refund your purchase once we confirm the problem.
Important Note: This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accident, water or other abuse of the product.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition and packaging. Products used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Request your Return Authorization Number (RA) by sending an email to info@lumavibes.shop with a detailed description of the reason for the return, accompanied by photos or videos of the product to support your request.
3. Once approved, you will receive an RA number and the address to which you must send the product. We recommend using a traceable mail service, as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and are non-refundable. In the event that you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount.
- Please be sure to mark the item as a “gift” when sending it back, as we do not cover customs duties for returns.
Once we receive your package, we will examine the products and issue a full refund to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to LumaVibes™.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing may take some time. If after these steps you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@lumavibes.shop.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@lumavibes.shop.
- Only regular priced items will be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.
- It is not possible to cancel orders once they have been processed and/or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order before it is processed, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover restocking fees and credit card charges.
- The buyer changed his mind after making the purchase.
- The buyer found a lower price elsewhere.
